About our Maths Escape Rooms – How they work:
-
We come to you and set up your school hall, library, multipurpose room or other suitable location.
-
Each Maths Escape Room event has its own unique scenario designed to engage students with the wonder of maths and numbers.
-
During the event students work in teams of four to solve a series of maths challenges as they try to escape from the room.
-
The challenges involve solving puzzles, finding hidden clues, breaking codes, opening locked boxes, reading maps and more.
-
The event covers key areas of mathematics including number, fractions, algebra, shape and space, measurement, probability, data and more.
-
Successfully solving all the maths challenges and finding all the clues will open the final door, and allow the students to escape – or will it???
-
If students get stuck along the way, they can ask for hints to help them keep moving along the course.
