Looking for ways to bring the many benefits of mindfulness to your primary students?

Then the Paws .b program may be just what you are looking for.

Mindfulness practice has become increasingly popular in schools as it can be a powerful and effective tool to help students manage stress, boost academic performance and enhance overall levels of wellbeing.

Paws .b has been developed in the UK and is now delivered successfully throughout the world. We are proud to offer this program in Australia, using only certified and accredited trainers.

Paws .b is a classroom introduction to mindfulness. It is designed for 7 – 11 year olds and can be run over six x one hour or 12 x 30 minute sessions. It is adapted from the .b mindfulness curriculum for secondary students and is influenced by adult mindfulness courses such as MBSR and MBCT.

The program aims to give students mindfulness as a life skill that they can then use to:

  • feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled

  • get on better with others

  • improve concentration and learning

  • cope better with stress and anxiety

  • support performance in areas such as music and sport

Paws .b was carefully created by classroom teachers and mindfulness experts to engage with young children. It is taught using striking visuals, film clips and activities that bring mindfulness to life without losing the expertise of classic mindfulness teaching.
